Kevin Fairman is the Chair of Crosspoint. He is the former Chief Executive of the Bristol-based charity and housing association, Brunelcare, and the Independent Living Centre in Semington.

He has also held board level positions at not-for-profit organisations including Dimensions, RNID, SeeAbility and Alabare. Kevin is a qualified accountant and is also a trustee of White Horse Housing Association.

He lives in Bratton with his wife, Nina. and golden retriever puppy, Gulliver.

Hilary Fairfield, Treasurer, has been a volunteer with Crosspoint since 2013.

After working in a variety of clinical roles within the NHS, she then held a number of senior and Board-level positions before moving to the Third Sector.

Now back working in the NHS, she is also Chair of the Dilton Marsh Primary School Academy Council.

Martin Brown, a retired Maths teacher, joined Crosspoint as a general volunteer in 2013 and became a Trustee in 2015.

He was previously a volunteer for the Citizen's Advice Bureau. Martin lives in Westbury and in his spare time enjoys cooking, reading and following Somerset County Cricket club.

Julie Vince has lived in Westbury for 48 years and she has a background as a Legal Secretary.

Since retirement Julie has been actively engaged with the Westbury and District U3A and is the administrator for the Westbury United Area of Methodist/URC churches.

She has been a volunteer with Crosspoint since 2013 and was appointed as a Trustee in 2021.
